Use of website
Mobi-Hub has provided you access to use its website in order to sell you goods in accordance with its terms and conditions
Your obligation when using the Mobi-Hub website is to;
Not undertake any illegal activities, upload any offensive material and any viruses or trojan horses that are designed to affect the normal operating functions of a computer.
Not undertake any actions to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, that may cause damage, interrupted or impair the normal functions of the website
Not violate or infringe the rights of any company, firm or person
Provide accurate, current and complete personal information when registering with the website and notifying us of any changes
By using the website you take full responsibility for any damages, liability, losses and expenses on a full indemnity cost that we suffer if you breach the terms and conditions of the website and the use of it; whether it is done by you or anyone using your account.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to withdraw whether temporarily or permanently the website, this may be with or without prior notice. Make changes to the terms and conditions, your continued use is deemed as your acceptance to them. The responsibility to check for such changes will fall on you. If you do not agree with any changes made then you have the right to terminate your use of the website.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw any goods, content and services from the website. It is to our discretion to refuse the process of any transactions during any stage with or without reason.

We have the right but no obligation to monitor any activities on the website. Any reported violations of the terms and conditions will be investigated. We may also investigate any activities we feel are suspicious and take the necessary action without prior warning.

Purchase of Goods
In order to purchase good from the Mobi-Hub website you must:
Register and create an account with your real name, contact details, payment details and any other details that may be requested
Be over the age of 18
Have a permanent address within the United Kingdom. PO box number, accommodation addresses or hotels will not be accepted.
A contract is created between you and ourselves when you place an order within our website. Once your payment has reached us, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of the product. This is an acceptance from us that we will process your order and keep you updated at each stage. An order may not be accepted due to unavailable stock, your payment was not completed successfully, an error with the pricing or description of a product. When your item arrives the contract is deemed as complete unless an issue or fault is found.

Any orders made are subject to availability and acceptance. If the product you have ordered is not available you will be contacted with the details you have provided when you created your account. You will be given the option to cancel your order, wait until stock is available or substitute the product for something that is of equivalent price.
We will take reasonable care with regards to orders and ensure to keep your personal and private information confidential. However, if a third party gains unauthorised access to any of this information we do not hold any responsibility or liability for this.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products from our website at any time. We also hold the right to refuse processing any transaction or service for any reason. We will be exempt from liability to you or any third party of this action.

Right to Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service team at sales@mobi-hub.com. You will have 14 working days from the day you received your order for it to be returned to us. You must post the product back to the address provided on the invoice inside the package it arrived in. Please ensure the product is packed properly and safely, as any damages incurred during transit will affect your refund. Please also note we do not pay postage or packaging for returns, this cost will be your liability. Please allow 30 working days for a refund.
However, if the product is faulty and a substitute is required you should return the device within 48 hours of receiving and we will incur the cost and ensure your order has been fulfilled.

Your Personal Data
Under the Data Protection legislation we will respect and protect all information you have provided to us. This information may include your personal details, payment methods and services used within the website.
Your personal details may be shared for training and development purposes within Mobi-Hub International Limited. Calls may also be recorded and/or monitored for quality purposes. At times your information may be checked for fraud and identity purposes. Also, if any legal activity or proceeding are carried out the necessary information will be shared with the relevant authority figure.
We can only collect personal information that you have provided for us. If you do not wish to give us certain personal information then we will not collect it.


Mobi-Hub website accepts the following payment methods:

All major Visa Credit and Debit cards.

All payment methods are subject to validation and authorisation of the card issuer. Your information will be shared with such parties to enable necessary checks. If the card issuer does not authorise the payment products will not be dispatched until payment is cleared in full and the item is still available.

Please note by using these payment methods you have given consent for the necessary checks to be made. Also, if you are not the named person/s of the payment used we hold no liability to this matter and legal actions may be taken if you do not have the necessary consent.

Intellectual Property and Right to Use

By using the Mobi-Hub website you acknowledge and agree that any intellectual property such as copyright, trademarks and other material supplied on the website will at all times remain vested in us and/or our licensors. You are also consenting to the material and content within the website is only made available for your personal use and not of that which is commercial or profitable.

Limitation of Liability

Mobi-Hub International Limited will undertake reasonable action to ensure information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure information, products and services which are available on the website may not be reliable. You must ensure you undertake the necessary research on products to acknowledge the suitability for you. Services available on the site can be moved or terminated. Information can be changed at any time for live posts, including those in the order process. This can also warrant for cancelling an order on our or your discretion

We cannot make any guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, secure, free from any errors or ensure the server will be free of viruses. We will not be liable for any loss of content or material you have inputted into the website. We are therefore not liable for any kind of privacy or security breach of the website and/or information you have provided on the website. We will not be held accountable for any losses incurred. Nothing shall exclude our liability of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. We shall not be responsible or accountable for anything linked or mentioned about us from third parties.

This does not affect your consumer rights under the English Law.

Entire Agreement

The terms and conditions discussed contain the complete agreement between you and us. Any changes made to the terms and conditions will supersede any previous agreements or arrangements; written or oral between you and us.

You confirm that you understand these terms and conditions and agree these are the ruling agreement for your relationship with us whilst using the Mobi-Hub website.

Handling Complaints

An occasion may arise where you are not happy with the service you have received from us. In such cases we will handle any complaints fair and efficiently. We aim to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint and ensure you are kept up to date on the progression.
