New:
Brand new, unused and unopened product in full original packaging with full original scope of delivery.

Excellent:
Barely or at best unused product in excellent condition. The product shows no signs of use.

Very good:
Very well maintained, rarely used product in very good optical condition. The product shows little or no damage.

Good:
Well-maintained, normally used product in good optical condition. The product shows little damage.

Fair:
The product shows clear signs of use. Scratches, dents and the like are permitted, which do not affect the product's functions.
